Dick Arms was on Cnbc late Friday touting that the Arms index is pointing to a strong up move very soon similar to ones in the late eighties and early and mid nineties. The chart he showed looked like a move up could be close at hand....Steve D.

FWIW, the VIX spiked to over 35 at the bottom on October 15th, 1999 before that move. The VIX spike marked the bottom within a day or so.
