Claude: Briggs mentioned the figure $500,000 was available from a broker. Name and specifics were not given. It was mentioned at a public meeting. In hindsight I believe it was a very significant remark and is likely what they'll do. On that basis I arrive at another 2.5 million shares (if issued at .20) plus a similar number of warrants.

Again, it was always their intention to go it alone at San Miguel. The idea of a jv. was floated after their last PP. It may have helped sell a lot of stock. However, I believe they were interested only if substantial front money was attached.

Briggs says they want to do a $250,000 drill program starting in September. I believe they will do exactly that. Their objective is to establish a causal relationship between anomalies and bedrock. I believe Briggs knows he can do that and if he does, we have a market run.

Reading agenda re: stock options for Annual Meeting, looks like the boys are loading the canon for a long shot.

Nothing wrong with a little incentive. However, hope they realize if they tamp in too much powder and shot, the little mother could blow up in their faces. Unfortunate for all.
