AA, give me your read on these KSS charts. I know the optimum entry was on the backtest of the TL break, but I didn't notice the long-term TL break until this past weekend. Also, the right shoulder didn't form up until the backtest occurred.

It still looks like an excellent setup to me.

Allan. Sox Appears to be in an

ABC Irregular Flat from 7/3 with the B Wave ended Friday.
If so, look out below.......... One must always consider the opposite scenario......

Massive distribution going on this morning with trin above 1.5 and futures trying to pull market up all morning but it's not budging. The question now is will the MM's rally this thing and give everyone a chance to sell more at higher prices? One could certainly make a case that the 5 wave move off the 7/24's lows are complete and no further rally is called for on wave counts.

The ED only applies to the Naz, and the Naz's resulting choppiness has spilled over into the SPX, even though the wave structure is different there.

I don't sense people are as confident about upside as they were last week, but the wrong money is probably more entrenched now in their bullish positions after all that positive feedback from the last couple weeks.
