Kirk,
Ken Fisher(Forbes) predicting 1200 Nasdaq. This is not a new prediction by the way. Business conditions getting worse, not better, according to Fisher's investment firm. He has a pretty good track record so this concerns me. Any comments? mike

I'm not telling you to slavishly follow George Gilder but he always provokes thought in me and he might in you. As far as has he been creamed? So have I and I don't own a single thing he has recommended. How are you doing? If we truly believe in tech we are all creamed.

I remember reading one of the earlier issues of Upside magazine and Gilder predicted 5000 on the Nasdaq and 10000 on the DOW. That was one hell of a prediction back then. Some of these optical communications companies are cheap right now. You certainly didn't want to get them at peak. They were really pricey. Anyway, there is stuff down the pipe that will use all available CPU cycles and all available bandwidth. Of this, I am certain.
