To say that he could work for either man is still to vouch for Bush. I do not know the details of Powell's finances. I do know that he commanded top dollar on the speech circuit. Had he given a speech a week, he could easily have made $10 million or so a year. I do not know the particulars of Dr. Rice's contacts, but she is extremely well- qualified, both academically and as a result of previous government service, for the position that she holds. I await actual revelations confirming your suspicions.......
