Trader has left, but I don't know a soul who is "out" of the market in the sense of having liquidated funds/sold all their stock/turned only to CDs. I do know more people who are nervous. . . watching their funds/401ks a little closer, though. But out? Again, maybe the more active traders (the likes of which SI would attract), but otherwise, I think the LTBH crowd is still H-ing, and probably more inclined to do some B-ing than selling. just my 2 cents. the freep (so far my call of ABOVE and BELOW holds true)

This market bores me. I could care less what it does for the next week or two. I can not recall caring less than now. Think I'll go to Newfoundland for a week. Their summer is brief and we are in it. Spending some money would be smarting than spending some time -- watching jello. The range-bound days of summer; a good time for holidays, save for the fact that clowns go away in summer. I hate dealing with visitors wherever I vist. Roads clogged with SUV's carrying kayaks, Subarus pulling fancy tent-trailers, RV's taking the parking spaces on the street where the bar is.... And Europe, forget it. You are stuck between every living local heading to the country and people from away that are dumb enough to travel in summer. Oh please, just shoot me now. -bg
