What do you think about Gold stocks? Just noticed that Mandalay (MBG) warned as well. What is a good way to play the real estate market on the short side? If home starts are down, what about commercial real estate prices? REITs have done well but if things keep heading downhill, how can this group hold up? Anyone have opinions on these groups. This has been what I have been considering last couple of days. Still long techs but not as confident due to the possibility of PC sales dropping this quarter because of a launch of Windows xp in the fourth quarter. Not so sure that people will look past Q3 yet. I have no doubts about Q4 being very good.
