How about a little detail with your opinion..... Do you disagree that all the enemy essentially had was hand carried weapons? Our military advantages were far more than air superiority, I'll be happy to list some of the more exotic weapons if you wish, but first I'd like you to explain your comment with some more detail....

Speaking of Vietnam and getting mired in a jungle guerrilla civil war...

The US will have 2000 some personnel in Columbia by the end of the year, and we're pouring billions in aid and materiel into the country to, essentially, fight the FARC. Is it just me, or is this deja vu?
