Phantom president..........Bush spent 42% of his time in office NOT in office!..............what a misuse of public trust and funds. Why doesn't he just stay all year round in Crawford and let Cheney live in the White House. Afterall, Bush IS a heartbeat away from running the country!

No President has been away from office this long since Nixon in 72........ But all this was expected of W....this the way he behaved as governor of Texas.....
