Supreme Court Appeal-
I posted previously that this would be a no brainer decision. For the life of me, I cannot figure out why the "experts" would ever doubt this course of action. As I stated this should be graduate business course 501. Now, my next no brainer is that the Court will find the lower court findings of law to be fatally defective because of the "documented" judicial bias by the lower court judge. There is absolutely no way the conservative majority of this court will let this stand. I am sorry for those of you who believe that MSFT is guilty as hell, but our judicial system still has some integrity as least at this level.
I am not a lawyer. I have no position in MSFT. I do not condone past and current MSFT business practices. Make up your own mind and let's check back later.
