Greed and Cheney . I suppose you heard that Cheney won't be paying his own electricity bills at the request of The White House. Didn't he make around 35 million last year? I suppose the goody-goody Chenney, like the goody-goody Bushes believe that they are entitled to special privileges. And they aren't even royalty although they act like it. I read yesterday that the British Monarchy has decreased their household expenses. Cheney, on the other hand, thinks we have to pay his electricity bills.
