Yep. I agree. One of your points I'd like to underscore is that in tech it may take 2 years to clean out the old stuff. All that surplus equipment out there is already 6 months old. In another 6 months to a year, most enterprise companies won't want it anymore, no matter how cheap it is. Then the margins will start to improve measureably. If you don't believe me, I have a 200Mhz computer with 80Meg of hard drive I'd like to sell you for $1,000. :)
