No, just some BS. GW reportedly has an IQ of 91.
If even close to being true, that's really shocking. I'm at 151 and I only do a few things right, things I really concentrate on. To think the President of the USA is of such sub-par intelligence (and seems happier talking to cows than solving our complex problems) is frightening (about this country and our political system). The GOP merits the already-rich by giving them tax breaks and then they merit someone not very smart or hard-working by making him their figurehead. With all the brilliant leaders they had to choose from - go figure. All about name and soft money I guess. Campaign finance reform would spare us leaders like this in the future. Without soft money candidates would really have to earn our trust and respect.
You'd think bringing in the experience of Cheney would be a good move but all he did was further wed Bush to one big special interest which is now trying to take the world for a ride at the expense of our environment.
