I checked out FAX and put a lot of money into it after you mentioned it. With the dollar perhaps starting to slip, a fund that sells at a 13% discount, pays a 13% dividend, and offers a hedge against the dollar seemed too good to pass up.

Sold my fax as the diversification into asia smacked of chasing yield- and I remember to well the quote from Barrons that more money has been lost chasing yield than at the point of a gun. I do still hold a pretty good sized chunk of FCO, though a recovery (and follow on rate hikes) could hurt bond pricing and NAV, so I'm watching quite closely.
