Po, on another topic, have you been following the youth boot camp saga? There was a story today, nytimes.com , which seemed in line with previous stories. There was a death in Arizona a while back , and stories about kids hip deep in .... somewhere in Missouri too. I guess since teenagers don't have the neurological development to make decisions, you got to beat it into them, or something. In my home state, there's been this somewhat related saga of sticking juveniles in the local supermax. Solitary confinement for 23 hours a day is sure to help their neurological development too, if developing psychosis is considered helpful. They do get access to a bible, though.
