I don't think there has been any connection between Zapata and the Bush family for many years. GHWB did found the company decades ago. But he sold out when he went into politics. Zapata isn't in the oil business anymore and according to Yahoo finance seems to be controlled by a family named Glazer.

Is there a Bush connection?
