I am mystified as to why when a belief is said to stem from nature it's not objectionable, but when it is said to stem from God, it is,

I don't know why you think it isn't objectionable; I certainly find it so- and I bet X and Karen would also. Extremists of any sort set off alarms for me, since they tend to dismiss anything, even facts, that threaten their belief.
Of course, that might mean that we are both suffering from pompous "I am right"ness about extremists.

But for myself, I can just let it wash over me. What I find just as objectionable, of not more so, are speakers who speak with an even higher degree of pomposity, "I am right"ness, exclusion, etc. on philosophical or political grounds.

Ahem. Would you care to correlate that particular pompous statement with Message 16176255 and Message 16176452 ? I never detected much beyond "I am right"ness in your "neurological development" discourse.
