I don't understand this. If Congress says no money, it means no money doesn't it? Could this cause a Constitutional crisis?

Congress has banned funding for research that destroys embryos, but the Clinton administration ruled that the stem cell research was eligible as long as the cells were extracted from the embryos with private money. Bush has delayed such funding while the policy is reviewed.

I remember when all the vacant liberal minds whined on and on about all the price gouging in California. Oh Yeah it was the Texas energy folks right.

It was reported that 8 if 10 in California believed this rubbish. I guess the whole state is fruit and nut land.
