Seriously, I've never had much patience with arguments which boil down to "the consumer is so stupid they couldn't possibly know about any alternatives unless it is spoon-fed to them". These arguments might have been worth entertaining for a few seconds back when the Internet was something only "computer experts" knew about, but not today. All of which points back to the original objection to the case: that the "issues" it originally brought were already stale even before Judge Jackson started chatting with the press on the side and that today they are embarrassingly irrelevant to the reality of the marketplace.
