Manny, what is your point?

Your statement has absolutely zero to do with what I was saying.

This fella states that Arabs are danger to the entire word and I made a point about how similar that line of thinking is to Hitler's ideology.

Israel: Dart Shells Pose Civilian Threat

(New York, June 16, 2001) Human Rights Watch today welcomed Israel's announcement that it will investigate the June 9 tank shelling that killed three Palestinian Bedouin women. The women were killed and three other people injured when the shells sprayed razor-sharp darts, known as flechettes, in a populated area where they lived between Gaza City and the Israeli settlement of Netzarim. Human Rights Watch said that the findings of the investigation should be made public and those found responsible held accountable.

Israel has acknowledged that it used flechette munitions in Gaza. Human Rights Watch urged Israel to expand the investigation to include an examination of the use of such anti-personnel weapons in dealing with Palestinian unrest, and asked for a public commitment by the Israeli government that such weapons will not be used in the future in or around populated areas.

Anyway, Israel leads in the "death score" so far: about 400 Palestinians (including +/-50 children) have been shot down so far.... Here's the chronology:

The truth is, however, that from a PR standpoint, the way the Palestinians retaliate against Israel's state-terrorism turns disastrous. Indeed, Western public opinion will never be traumatized by the view of Israeli stormtroopers and helicopters blowing up a few Palestinian barracks --that's "regular" warfare... But then, when it comes to Palestinian reprisals, the West can't help but identify itself with Israeli victims... Since Palestinians don't enjoy US-paid military gear (jet-fighters,...) they must resort to extreme terrorism like suicide bombers and civilian targets. But what does "civilian" means in Israel anyway? As a high-tech garrison state, Israel boasts a society entirely made up of reservists or soldiers on duty.

Gus.

Footnote to my previous post:

So far, Israel enjoys a 350 points lead...

Since fighting began [on 28 Sept 2000], about 500 Palestinians and 150 Israelis have been killed.
