Tim, you skipped the part about 55% of Americans think Bush is taking too long a vacation. I wouldn't complain except that its always the conservatives that complain that the Dems are dilettantes. Its ironic that the shoe is on the other foot.

And I don't share the conservatives' enthusiasm for what Bush has accomplished so far [redirecting our approach to missile defense] nor do I think getting his energy bill thru the house is a major accomplishment since it probably will get filibustered in the Senate.

However, I do feel better than he is on his ranch for a month. I think things in the country may be a little safer. <g>
