"six month to dissipate the discipline" - Hilary is correct.
The Clinton Administration gets high marks for fiscal discipline - meaning shrinking deficits. The Bush Administration is just not as fiscally responsible in its budgets. The price will be paid by the boomers when they retire. Fortunately, I am not a member of the boomer generation.

Democrats will forever claim the economy was just fine until George W. Bush took the oath of office.

Never mind that the DJI peaked in January 2000 and the Nasdaq peaked in March 2000 the year before he took office.
