Well, we all know that Gray Davis is a lying stack of sh*& right? He get cheaper electric from his good friends in TX than from within his own state, and then when the citizens are outraged by higher electric costs (actually there wasn't a lot of outrage, the media told everyone months in advance to be outraged and then a few were and GD apologized) GD blames the Texans. Sad thing is CA voters won't show it in the next election. They were lied to, decieved and fooled.
