Re: What customers want

Which customers are that? Real is worth paying for even though the free version is quite adequate for most folks. QuickTime seems a waste of money and even in its free version is of marginal utility. Is there a PC owner on the planet who doesn't have a fine collection of AOL coasters by now? Star Office is available for free download to anyone who cares. I can't imagine why anyone would want World Book, but I recall at least one other third-tier encyclopedia was bundled with my last two PC purchases.

You're right, this is easy, but it doesn't really bolster your argument.
