Your QuickTime point is completely bogus. My most recent DELL PC came with a copy of QuickTime preloaded as well as copies of WinDVD and MusicMatch in addition to the usual assortment of AOL and Earthlink CD-ROMs.

This is news to me. My Dell computer didn't come with QuickTime preinstalled, bundled, or even mentioned. Searching for QuickTime on Dell's web site comes up only with a passing reference on their Dell Movie Studio page, but nothing about whether or not it is preinstalled. Where did you hear that it is preinstalled?

So did mine. It's nice to have the option, but I decided to simply toss the AOL disc in the garbage and delete the QuickTime program.
