Good morning William. It's all relative.

Yes, the dollar slide has begun, and most notably as you cited because of the perceived improvement in Europe. As I am sure you know, the markets efficiently, even though sometimes not immediately, balance out overbought and oversold situations. Bottom line: The U.S. dollar has maintained lofty levels and needs a trim.

An example of a play on relative value is today's Barron's piece advising shorting home builders because builders have outpaced the market and are now selling at a premium to historic valuations.

It will be interesting to see where the wealthy invest their money when the real estate market slows down. Back to stocks?
