Seriously (is that a thread violation?), some folks actually prefer this arrangement because they don't have to lie and say they are sick.

And if you don't get sick you can't use your sick days as extra vacation. My wife is under that plan and because she doesn't get sick she gets 5 weeks of vacation instead of the three she would get under your program.
