Dan, Re: "Once team at Intel made one attempt, then they gave up. It's that combination of management incompetence and lack of determination that will lead to "Aloha" meaning "goodbye" for intel."

And do similar levels of incompetence allow you to make such foolish assumptions? I don't suppose you have the insider knowledge to tell us which areas of research Intel does, and does not spend their time on, do you?

Dan3,

Re: "Once team at Intel made one attempt, then they gave up."

No Dan3 ... This has been review at each process technology node
since .25um . I just wanted to inform you that INTC has looked
at this for quite some time ... Much longer than at AMD. BTW Dan3,
what does your "economic intelligence" make of the IBM announcement -->

IBM Stops Selling AMD-Based PCs in North America
