That is what the market is anticipating. R&D has been light so far this year - what I found interesting is that the company guided to the same R&D number but said they were being more productive than originally thought (i.e., conservatism or acceleration of some programs). The Xopenex will fall off somewhat given extreme seasonality. Near term earnings don't matter as much although I think the Company is being aggressive. With respect to cash, let us say they lose $5 over the next 6 quarters, representing $350-400 million. They only have cushion in that case of $100-150 million. Good luck. Jon
