Haim, Global cooperation could change in a heartbeat. It is probably as much a product of good times as it is of improved communications and connected markets. I'm not predicting an eventual return to a PE of 6 or 7, and I'm definitely not calling for a 1930s-like depression, but I sure don't think that we can launch a major bull move from a PE of 26 in an economy that seems to have no room to respond to aggressive stimulus. The markets could be quite a bit lower than most think is possible by the time this is over. JMHO... Paul
