The issue of long term contracts is well documented in the public record. No maybe about it.

I dont think anybody will deny that the "De regulation" plan, was severly flawed and that Wilson, GOP and Dems alike are to blame.

Davis, had a clear warning however and failed to act. Then he lied about it for political purposes.
