Relations between the sexes are by no means perfect now, but I think they were a good deal worse before the battle. I agree. I can't imagine going back. What I notice most is the integration. I know that I think of the people I know as people rather than men and women. Everyone is more androgynous. Until and unless people pair up to do what couples do, they treat each other as individuals, not members of opposing teams. That's my experience for the last twenty years or so. I like that very much. When you don't focus on the differences, there's no impetus to do battle. Karen
