Sigh. OK, I may be guilty of faulty memory or of believing too much of what I read in the papers, or even of believing too much of what I heard directly from Davis' mouth, but the fact is that licenses were being approved as of April 99 with others approved into early 2000. That may make me mistaken but it doesn't make me a liar, except maybe among the hyper-technical set who want to split every hair six ways for political points. I'll take that into account when addressing you in the future.

Any way you cut it the approval process was ahead of the price curve.
