Yeah, read the long post last night.

People have been surprised at the resiliency of the housing market. I have heard many say that the prices are due for a correction. But if the dollar slides won't people buy real estate as a safety net? There will always be pressure on housing due to the growth in the total number of people living in the USA or world for that matter. And real estate holds it's relative value. With the dollar weakening housing may be identified as a place to wait out the storm thus furthering the pressure on the real estate market.
