One more question. Do you think there is a natural bandwidth demarcation line between the utility companies and the traditional telcos in relation to their existing infrastructures and how far they can drill down into the last mile for service offerings. I am referring to the previous article I posted where a regional utility is setting up telcom subsidiaries to offer services to large enterprises in the metro. This seems to me to be heading beyond wholesale bandwidth commodity trading toward eventual value-added application servicing. Would the utility subsidiaries go there and butt heads with the telcos? Or do they already?
