AMD seems to be undergoing an ASP MELTDOWN !!!

It IS rather remarkable. With IBM canning AMD I think things are starting to snowball. The Intel 2GHz announcement just underscored the growing disadvantage AMD faces. Intel breaking away, cratering ASPs, no new products in sight, a delayed process, red ink, customers dropping AMD like a leper in a daycare center. You name it... things look bad... Thank God Jerry's still in charge... Best friend Intel ever had...

It looks like AMD is determined not to wait until the last month to make the quarter. Recall, they waited in Q2 until the last month to bomb the prices. They are being more proactive now. If I were you, I would be worried for Intel's Q3 numbers as well.
