According to your chart, Ca has brought many power plants online in the last ten years. The information that was circulated clearly stated that Ca had not brought any new plants online in the last ten years. The reason for the so- called "energy crisis" was this absence of additional power plants. Anyone spreading that false info was spouting pure lies. I find it quite interesting that there have been no blackouts since the Democrats took over the Senate. I think the possibility of an investigation has helped the flow of power to be increased in a westward direction.
