Chuca, reread your post, found an interesting quote.. "The company is presently in discussions with SEVERAL INTERESTED parties etc etc etc." If the property was so great, what happened to all those "interested parties". The only one they could come up with was another bankrupt company. My guess concerning the current buyers of this stock is that it's cheaper to buy up worthless stock and gain control of a worthless company than it is to incorporate and go through all the red tape of setting up a new company. Only a guess...what the hell do I know.
