Don't you think it would be interesting to see a chart of average price/kw by producer, average cost/kw by producer and average price/kw x kw sold per producer? I sent the same question to LADWP I sent to SMUD. No reply yet. My point was that The Cato Institute posted misleading numbers for purely political reasons.
