I'm sure you realize the Congress, NOT the President, controlled, and controls, the purse strings.... You do know that, don't you....? And WHAT on earth makes you think that the JFK motive was "benign..." If you read any of the material I posted, and much,much more out there....by Mental Health "professionals"....you would see that ANY idiot should have seen that "the homeless" didn't have homes, and fell through the cracks.... AND we have had MANY YEARS of a Democratic controlled Congress (until 1994)...so many years in fact, that one would think Congress should have noted the problem as well..... And just on top of all of this, where is the ACLU in all this mess they have helped to create???
