Frankly I'm not concerned if the story was crafted by the shorts. The street is entirely geared to hyping these stocks, so I like to know what the shorts are thinking. They typically prey on the weakest stocks in a sector and smoke very often leads to fire.

Peter,

Does it make any difference whether the source was from "shorts" or someone / something else? If there's a risk of kidney failure from BPUR's product, what doctor is going to abandon the existing product which doesn't have that safety issue.

With the rough time that the FDA is giving HMSL on its product (derived from human blood as opposed to BPUR using a bovine source), I'd be very surprised to see BPUR get any slack whatsoever.

FWIW,
Ian
