Berney, I totally agree, and believe this can get manipulated up one more time (before down)...just for old times sake... But the houses are sitting on WAY TOO MUCH STOCK...the tax cut effect is a joke (there were some dreamers still out there...Philly Fed waking those up to reality)...3rd quarter is going to be awful..... I don't buy inversion argument (ie., we are in bear, so Aug/Sept/early Oct won't be bad, and could be good-just the opposite as a bull). I think we are seasonally screwed still. I think you got the Hamptons thing right....once traders all come back (I'm thinking after Fed next week)...woa nelly..
