Hi Haim, I just got back from dinner with a fairly highly placed Hong Kong Monetary Authority (our non-central bank) pal who is a graduate of a top US school, leader of a 100+ dept, and who had been amongst the folks attending HK-Greenspan meetings over the past three years. He commented that "... no one in Hong Kong understands what he talks about in public or private meetings ... he does not like coming to Hong Kong because we do not have a Central Bank Building ... he is senile ... there is no way to make him go quietly ... the market will panic ... I recommend going over-weight on the Euro ..." Chugs, Jay
