What is your point here? You keep making an issue of a non-issue Most people continuously pay money into the IRS via payroll deduction or quarterly estimates. It is a fact that for 2001 I have already paid the IRS much more than the $600 dollars that I received back. You can call it advanced payment, but by the same respect I also send the IRS ADVANCED PAYMENT to my April 15th 2002 filing. You really are making a mountain of a molehill for some unknown reason. Bottom line is it's MY money, and the government giving it back is a major step in the right direction.
