But if that's an exaggeration let's use 400%. El Paso Gas the #1 supplier to California is now under investigation for fixing prices and tricking regulators to monopolize and manipulate NG prices. They're not only guilty but so are the rest of the Bush-Cheney energy cronies; Enron, Duke (both of who have refused to have over documents though subpoened, Jim Baker, Reliant, Williams, etc. Open your eyes and your mind.
