The fact that most people are gonna EAT it, and continue to EAT it during this financial disaster hitting the US and other countries will only reflect on BUSHKIE....the previous administration won't get the heat since they had 7 years of great returns....this on top of the DUMBYA tax rebate will doom this clown

I looked through the paper. It looks like El Paso Gas successfully used it monopolist position created by years of Clinton era over regulations. That what Californians have been voting for.
And it looks like El Paso S… up you badly , but that is what you have been voting for.
I would say: "A job well done"! Private company is in Business to maximize profit in the interest of its shareholders.
Of course Government is in the Business to prevent that sort off manipulation But Clinton has been so busy with himself that important matters slipped. Now Bush-Cheney have to clean up this mess.
