Can you name your source for those figures being units?

BTW the 10-17% for DDR is 17 - 20% The Samsung website is in error on this point.

I believe there may be an error in those assumptions. They are based on the understanding that Samsung will not grow market share in the process, in either RDRAM or DDR, and therefor the increase in DDR will be at the expense of RDRAM. Perhaps the increase in DDR % will be due to them stealing market share from others presently shutting down their manufacture of the cheaper grades of DDR.

If there is any company positioned to grow market share profitably right now its Samsung.
