And so, the little guy, now in his new-found wisdom that analysts are ALWAYS wrong, turns bullish? How fascinating!

Analysts can be right too, at times, whether by accident or by design. What we cannot expect them to get right is the turning points. So, at the bottom, we can expect the vast majority of them to be saying, "It's too early to buy these stocks, they can go lower" etc. etc.

But beware, they could be saying that on the way down too. Don't think that you can use them as a perfect contrary indicator. They are not. They are just a bunch of scamsters who made donkeys out of small investors, and will do it again, if given a chance.
