All good questions Chris , and I am just a begining student in this area of the market . But real-estate investments have started to become more interest to me now , as it is one sector that seems to be holding up and has been immune to the economic slow down . Just did a search on Reit's on SI which led me here to YHOO and 4 posts in July by "ZebraSpit" from the WSJ ( you have to love the handles on YHOO , LOL) 7/7Friday's WSJ article paints all REITs are sizzling, but property markets are showing signs of weakness messages.yahoo.com and the next 3 posts... (quick aren't I ?) * I'll take 20acres in the wine-country ..only $1.5mil/acre <g> ;-)
