Thanks Amigo Sergio for your answer, I had always heard that once the bear market ran its course the market recovered quickly. The Boston Globe article said that wasn't true. I also wonder if at this point the FED action can do anything for the market? Business doesn't seem to want to spend. From my understanding they usually don't until after the FED stops cutting.
